ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
OLD STUDENTS ASSOCIATION (OSA)
OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSOCIATION:
- To promote fellow feeling among the old students of the college.
- To concert measures for keeping the old students in close touch with the college and its activities.
- To encourage alumni to act as ‘ambassadors’ of the institute and to assist in the recruitment of future students.
- To provide information and guidance to present students in their career and social difficulties.
- To foster more extended relationships between present and former students.
- To organize and coordinate reunion activities of the alumni.

VICE PRESIDENT: Dr. Jyoti Bhalla (Principal)
SECRETARY: Mr. Japsahej Singh, Ms. Raunika Kaur (Ex-Student Batch 2020-22)
MEMBERS: All Faculty Members & Ex-students.
ACTIVITIES OF THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION:
- The association shall have power to enroll members and call for periodical meetings to achieve the objectives.
- The association may organize sports, get together and social activities for the benefit of its members.
RULES FOR BECOMING A MEMBER OF THE ASSOCIATION
- Membership of the Association shall be open to all who are old students in the college.
- The eligible member shall submit his application for membership to the Secretary of the society. The secretary will place the above applications before the next executive committee meeting to be held. If the executive committee accepts the application the applicant shall become a member of the society.
- The executive Committee reserves the right either to accept or reject the application without signing any reason.
DUTIES OF OFFICE BEARERS:
- The President and the Vice President will be responsible for recruiting new members and organizing an Alumni Meet each year.
- The Secretary and five members will be responsible for inviting ex students arranging refreshments and organizing the activities at the Alumni Meet held each year.
- The President will be responsible for maintain a record of all the activities of Alumni Association.
FINANCE:
Alumni Fund is being maintained by Dr. Paridhi Kapahi. The money for the fund comes from the membership fee of Rs. 1000/- submitted by students through their fees.
